Shown is a full conversion of a Contour mill to CNC control via Mach3. The system has been upgraded with new motors on the X and Y axes. The CNC motion control products supplied by CNC drive motion controls has allowed JBEC and StoneyCNC to provide full CNC mill conversions of this type to a number of machines. The system runs on the UC300 USB motion controller with the HDBB2 running as the main breakout board. The combination is feature packed.

-Open drain outputs – used to fire the 12V spindle relay coil

-The option to be used as a standalone LPT control card
– The option to generate a 0-10V analogue spindle singnal from Mach3
– LED status indicators on all inputs and outputs.
