I recently found out I could upgrade the Dewalt 611 I use on my Shapeoko CNC to make it a little easier to use. I purchased the CNC router upgrades from Precisionbits.com I hope this information is helpful to those of you using the 611 on your CNC. I was never a fan of the collet that came standard and when I found out there was a way to improve it with a Crown Collet from Precisebits.com I was on the internet placing an order. I am really happy with the upgraded Collet and Collet Nuts that I ordered. I was really pleased with the quality of the machining as well.
