● Highly automated nesting solution with automatic loading and unloading system. The complete work cycle of loading, nesting, drilling and unloading is carried out automatically, which results in maximum productivity and zero down time.
●With each cycle, the machine first labels the sheet, positions the sheet on the table, machines the material, off-loads the finished parts and then repeats the process. Dust collection during this process keeps scrap and debris to a minimum . Lable help the operator to quickly sort the parts.
● Truly versatile–nesting, routering, vertical drilling and engraving all in one. It is well-suited for panel furniture, office furniture, cabinets production.
● It is used in nested based production of cabinets, closets and custom furniture. It is available in either 5’x10, 5’x12′ or 7’x12′ table sizes.
