A primer on the steps required to build the Shapeoko 4.
Build Notes:
– In the last box (“Controller”) there is a small bag of extra/spare fasteners. If you are missing a screw, check there for a replacement first.
– V-Wheels will be black on production machines.
– When you are installing the drag chains, there are plastic spacers that get installed under the drag chain tails.
– The Y-Axis homing switch trigger (cylindrical piece with one threaded end) needs to be installed manually onto the back of the right gantry endplate.
