How to make a 4th Axis for my CNC Router

This is an overview video to build the 4th axis for my CNC router.

The MCS103 from MAX-Computer.de was upgraded with a U-Axis controller.

– HTD / RPP Zahnriemen 370-5M-9 mm breit Teilung 5 mm
– 60-5M-09 HTD Zahnscheibe – Typ 6/6W Zähne: 60
– 20-5M-09 HTD Zahnscheibe – Typ 6F Zähne: 20

Motor Nema 23 Stepper Motor WT57STH115-4204A

The router is a KAMI FKM 349VL, the DIY upgrade to a CNC Router was performed 2012.
