00:00 Inside CNC Machine Factory
Large format machining centres, often called routers or plotters, process panels and sheets. These CNC machines usually have a milling router head, but they may also include an oscillating knife, creasing wheel, or other aggregates. #factories #cncmachine #cnc

01:01 Metal cutting, Polymer cutting, Wood cutting
These devices can route or cut metals, polymers, composites, and wood, depending on the requirements. Routing mills metals and hard polymers using a revolving milling cutter. Rubber, foams, sponges, elastomers, textiles, and gaskets may be cut using an oscillating knife.
01:12 Kimla machines have a steel frame. Each frame is precision-machined in a single process. Kimla machines need no foundation.
Magnetic linear drives provide greater performance to typical drive options and are Kimla’s newest innovation. Fast, precise, energy-efficient, and almost maintenance-free. Magnetic linear drives have no moving components and don’t wear out. Absolute positioning gives the measurement scale 1nm resolution. The machine doesn’t need referencing after starting up. Linear drives provide unmatched precision and smooth movement for all materials.
Kimla large format machining centers may be supplied with spindle, cutting knife, creasing wheel, writing, or tapping heads. Each head may function separately or together for flexibility.
The most typical head has a 9kW spindle and ISO30 tool holder. Heavy machining may be done using 30kW HSK63 spindles. For engraving and dyeing, spindles may reach 60,000 rpm.
Linear and rotary automatic tool changers store 10 to 32 tools per magazine.
Workpiece support is vital for fast, precise CNC machining. Large sheets and panels are common. Mechanical edge fastening provides no middle-of-the-material support. Most big Kimla machining centers include matrix vacuum tables.
03:39 Vacuum tables
Tables have electrically selectable zones. Each zone may be partitioned using threaded valves to meet specific needs. The threaded valves may also be utilized to install mechanical fixtures and jigs for non-vacuum items.
Kimla CNC machines provide precise, high-speed machining for automotive, aerospace, plastics, advertising, packaging, prototype, and furniture sectors worldwide.

Factories are the tour of manufacturing facilities. We’re here to see what it’s like to work in this field. This project was influenced by the famous television show “How It’s Made?” The Discovery television channel made him famous. We travel to the factory every week with our viewers to see how the particular manufacturing process is doing. We get a new documentary film every week, which explains how things are made. You’ll find these and many more items among the many types of machinery you’ll find on the planet. Most likely, you’re also curious in the processes involved in food production. Some of the foods we showcased on our YouTube channel were frankfurters, Pepsi, kebabs and salty sticks as well as a variety of sauces and condiments. How exhilarating it is to be in the midst of making something new. There is so much fascinating knowledge to be found in the fields of science and technology. Every week, we take you on a tour of the wonders of the manufacturing industry. We’re not in for any surprises at the plant.
