In this video, I’ll go through components I’ve installed between my compressor and my plasma cutter, to ensure I keep any entrained moisture in my air lines, out of my plasma cutter.
Moisture in the air stream entering your plasma cutter is detrimental to cut quality and consumable lifespan.
The main components of my air system are:
FR894 filter regulator (1/2″ inlet and outlet)
FLM864 coalescing filter & desiccant dryer (1/2″ inlet and outlet)
AT1000 Motorguard filter (1/4″ inlet and outlet)
